Lomo effect in Lightroom 3.
Ok the colours aren't heavily saturated, but there's a lot of green so that wouldn't work well. There is just high contrast with boosting the highs and darkenings the lows on a tone curve.

Very nice, I like the lomo effect. Although I had never heard of it and never edit my pieces I like this one.
